Over fifteen years of experience providing services as simultaneous interpreter and as a translator English/Spanish, initially in the United States of America (2002) and later in Colombia since 2010- present.
Four years working with law firms, health professionals and insurers in med-legal cases for the Worker's Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) in California (E.E.U.U).

Eleven years providing simultaneous interpretation services for different non-governmental entities, NGOs and ORGs such as the United Nations, USAID, OFDA, IFRC & RC, The Tenure Facility, Foster Trends, among others.  With vast experience in humanitarian and post-conflict aid, field work in border cities in Colombia. Experience in land restitution with the National University of Colombia and the Javeriana University in issues of titling to indigenous peoples, peasants and afro-descendants.

Interpreting Services also provided to government entities such as the Ministry of Defense in Bogotá D.C., the National Army of Colombia, the National Police School conducting trainings hand in hand with the F.B.I. and other North American and European allies from whom Colombia receives logistical support, training and certifications.

 

Wide experience providing services in training and certification courses with multinational companies from the oil industry such as Ecopetrol, Shell, Exxon, conducted in Colombia with participants from other nations.
